Damaged Package Received
If you have received a package that is damaged due to shipping, please email customer service at email@example.com Prior to shipping out a replacement (s) order for damages incurred during transit time, we kindly request a picture of the package and its contents received to be sent to us via email. We will gladly ship out a replacement order to you as soon as possible.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us to discuss obtaining either a replacement or refund for the product value plus shipping. If a refund is issued you will receive a credit back to the original form of payment initially received.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued if the purchase was made directly through Naya foods. If you purchased your product at a retail store or another online partner, you will need to contact them directly to either exchange the product(s) or to obtain a refund.
